you mean lose muscle? or break your joints. for sure you should be careful, have god shoes, warm up properly and take it slow always!

sadly i cant run anymore cuz of spine problems. swimming is better for the body.
2021-10-28 10:04
Swimming or bike is better for legs, running regularly (xxKms every day) puts a lot of pressure on knee joints.

100% cycling is more effective for energy burning with less preasure on joints for someone who is for example overweight trying to lose weight. Can speak from my own experience, that when i was 98-100kg, running was really breaking my knees, but when switched to bike, the fat burning felt a lot more easier. After a year i had 80.00 yesterday heh.

i really want to learn running but i dont have the motivation to start for some reason

just remember that a really slow run is actually best to build endurance. so just start as slow as you want, take your time. once you find a good slow pace you can build from there if you feel strong. the start is usually the worst

True running is a king of sport. I always struggled to motivate myself to do weights but its soo easy for me to just get up and go for 30 to 60 minute run. Just me and my thoughts damnn running so underrated
