No. I don’t know what the best lower chest workouts are but running isn’t it. It’s good for your legs and some abdominal muscles since you need some abdominal strength for really long runs. But running definitely isn’t gonna help your lower chest lmao

People who say incline exercises are the kids who went to the gym for three months with their besties while they smalltalk in a cirle around the racks. The lower chest is defined through partly horizontal but mostly decline exercises, ie. decline bench press, decline flies etc.

I literally didn't understand what you said. Were you implying that you hit a nerve? Or that I was bummed out by reading the comments? Just curious about the mind of a 14 year old :-) Btw. Why change the subject? Are you the kid in a circle?

I feel like youre projecting yourself but i'll explain to you: You got triggered by reading the comments and you then gatekeeped the gym stuff like you're not like the other kids in the gym, you're special. I didnt change the subject, you did, your reading comprehension skills are poor. And my account is older than you are, kid.

Projecting is miles from protecting. Either word is wrong in this context. Again, I would like to respond to your actual point, but I'm not too clear on where you're going with this. And no. I was merely using a vivid description of the average HLTV gym-pro to underline the fact that their lack of knowledge was misleading and plain wrong. Furthermore, it served as a ramp for the actual point- that decline work is the way to go. Speaking of decline... How are your life aspirations professional wise?

Projecting is in the right context since you're a 14y. Again, your comprehension skills are poor. And yes, you like to think you are above average HLTV user that has more knowledge than anybody here. Know the actual point, i agree with you, decline exercises are the way to go. Speaking of decline, tell me about your day at school. If you really want to know about my professional career, i work at home as a webmaster of a portuguese company.
