Have y'all ever listened to Linkin Park and what's your take on them? Personally I'm a big fan and love their fusion of different styles, I've listened to them almost every day during my edgy high school days lul.

I think more about Breaking the habit. It was, by the way, the last song he played live and you could hear that he was absolutely emotional in that song. It was one of his fav songs as well. Cuz of his alcohol addiction he could feel it. But I also think of the Grey Daze song (his first band) - Amends The song was mainly written by him. In LP most songs wrote Mike.

They don't need to do more work. The thing is if they really want to do a tour they have to find a singer. The best would be different singers or a singer with a reputation like Jonathan Davis or Adam Gontier. otherwise, the "nobody" singer has a big burden.

2021-11-30 08:40
Hybrid theory good Meteora - hybrid theory on steroids Minutes to midnight 50/50 A thousand suns 50/50 a lot of useless short tracks Living things - trash A haunting party - dont even remember One more light - utter trash

Hybrid Theory has so many heavy jammers. But Meteora slaps from start to finish. It's easily one of my top 5 favorite albums.
2021-11-30 12:08
Saw them live over a decade ago, back when Meteora was fresh, absolutely loved that album and band. “In the end” is my personal favourite, but there are some gems that came later too like “In Pieces” which is underrated. The type of band that every song in the album was enjoyable in its own way. RIP Chester

Linkin Park is an incredible band. A generation-defining band. I'd dare say they define the "Millennial Generation," with their diversity -- ethnic/racial and musical diversity -- as well as their emotional lyrics and political songs. Most of their albums have many beautiful and powerful songs on them. Meteora absolutely slaps. A Thousand Sons is my personal favorite. The emotions of "Waiting For the End" and "Burning In the Skies" just hit me hard when I first listened to it. (Major breakup, sad days, etc.) Anyway, RIP Chester Bennington. Absolute musical legend.

Big fan)) Fav songs: Points of Authority No More Sorrow Given Up A Place For My Head Bleed It Out There is more but I'd say these are my top list. Also I like their songs from later albums. Lastly, If you don't already know, you can check out Grey Daze if you want some new Chester content. It is like his first band and apperantly they found lost voice recordings or smth so they could release his oldest songs.

I like first 3 TDG albums, at some point i I learned the lyrics by heart just by listening to them for hours. After Adam left I could not accept the new singer and stopped following them
2021-11-30 14:00
sadly new singer sucks he has just 1 style. Adam is far better. Creed had a better solution when Scott retired cuz of mental health issues. They made actually the same band but a new singer and named it Alter Bridge. So they don't try to farm Creed fans.

Linkin Park is GOAT for me. Their ever-changing style and their bravery to do something new every time is what I love the most about them along with their music. Other than their top hits, I've always loved the 1 or 2 ballads that they have at the end of the album since MTM album which just hits you with so many feels. Plus, so many people overlook the Reanimation album. I've never come across a better remixed album than that.
