Mouse lift-off issue
Azerbaijan Tungun
I have this issue with my mice (when I lift up my mouse and then put it down, my crosshair stutters and jiggles for some reason I had Razer Viper Ultimate mouse and now I bought Logitech SuperLight and I have this issue on both mice. I have changed many different mousepads already and this problem still exists. Is it possible to fix somehow? It’s very annoying because I can’t be consistent with my aim when it’s needed. My crosshair isn’t smooth and jiggles every time I put down the mouse. Crosshair-placement can’t be persistent because of that, especially when tapping in long distance. By the way this issue is not only in the game but also can see it when I do that in Windows itself. The mouse just doesn’t go to that exact point I place it on but goes slightly right/left/up/down instead.

oh didnt even properly read the post then. that's weird, havent had this issue with my g pro

Probably you are really unfortunate with the peripherals. Have g pro x superlight with razer gigantus and have no problem at all. Or something about your mouse drivers idk...

you have flusha mouse lift activated, just disable for easy fix

that's why they said unfortunate my friend. That's literally what that word means. And it doesn't happen as rarely as you might think.

It could be your mouse drivers like our friend said above. Remember to check it. Switch the USB port you plug them too, maybe there is some kind of malfunctioning. If none of these cases, I don't know what it could be.

I think everyone has this to some extent. It's part of the reason why I switched to low sens. My new mouse has a lift off setting in my drivers. I have it as close as possible to the surface.

My sens isn’t high either and I use 400 DPI but this problem is huge for me

You probably just need to get better at micro adjustments.

Bro, people played professional CS with Microsoft mice, 60hz LCD monitors and $15 keyboards from the grocery store. Peripherals don't matter. You either got it or you ain't. Just practice and stop looking for excuses if you want to get better.

Hell yeah they do. What matters is not price itself but finding something comfortable for yourself. Also sensitivity and settings matter, I don’t really care what you say

+1 im playing 60hz with 15€ mouse and im not bad

I've never had logitech mouse, but i guess there's an option.

Maybe its your grip, try fingertip grip it gives you way more freedom to do those kind of stuff

Do you mean it like shakes, right? Is it mechanical issue? If no, I'd suggest you to try practice putting down the mouse without jiggling on empty server, also try not to lift your mouse while shooting an enemy. I'm personally very shaky player and move around the mouse a lot too, here's how I do it personally: - This probably won't help you - I put tip of my pinky on bottom of my mouse (just a few mms) so my mouse is in the air at all times - I profit This allows me to move around the mouse as fast as possible without messing up my aim as mouse is already in the air and stops recognising movement very fast. I use DeathAdder Elite, it has very nice cutout for such a placement of pinky. This creates perfect balance for shaky aim used in cqb and stable aim for long range

I do not think anyone can put their mouse down and not move a pixel. That's why you see players lift mouse, move to the left, drop it then swing to the right with precession. Without a video that shows just how much it happens while you drop the mouse I can't tell you much. Unless you drop it perfectly down you will move couple of pixels, that's how mouse works. Also, argument of an issue when tapping, if you are lifting your mouse while tapping long headshots you are doing something terribly wrong while aiming.

i mean that happens to everyone, and it is because people don't have perfect fine motor skills. if they did, they wouldn't move a single muscle (literally) and the crosshair wouldn't move. in your case, just sounds like u have worse fine motor skills than most, and should do some exercises to get more control over ur hands and fingers.
2021-12-01 00:49
is it the same/similar issue as the razer mamba TE where lifting and putting it down would consistently make it do a z-shape down and to the right in a really consistent matter
2021-12-01 00:52
Try to connect ur mouse in different usb port if u didnt tried it already
2021-12-01 00:55
could be your system's fault not your mouse. try to reinstall your operating system.

2021-12-01 08:32
I think that there was option to change the LOD in Logitech mice. Just search google
