I'd do it for 8 hours a day for a paycheck. Today's orgs pay you beyond well, you travel, your meals are often covered, you have support staff, psychologist to help you with competitive spirit, drive etc...
kennyS shows a lack of routine, lack of self initiated drive, and lack confidence and lack of professionalism.
If he had a routine his carrier would be a bit more flat, but what he had is high peaks and low lows.
I think his peaks were initiated with overly egoistic nature of his team mates in teams that worked previously, you can say French scene lacked a lot, but it never lacked ego.
For someone who had such high peaks, his confidence is dead low for some unknown reason, is it depression, sure, awp nerfs hit him hard but how is it so down the drain?
Lastly, lack of professionalism, his team mates count on him to be up to the task and for the last 6 months in G2 and a few times previously he was just leeching and collecting paychecks.
He looked more lost than a newbie thrown in a pro match, always out of position, always early/late for a strat, trying to flick shots that even GN level snipers would pre-aim and ofc missing cause flicks are inconsistent. He looked bored.
That leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I wouldn't like such person in my team or in my workplace.
Maybe it's just because he sucks in a system and these days you can't play without it.
Maybe that takes the fun away from the game for him. But then again I'd like to ask the question, if CS played today is the best CS we have seen so far, maybe his good periods are not all that much worth it? He was good at that time when CS was scrappy and messy.
Which leads me to conclude that lack of confidence may be that, he knows he ain't that good, he knows he cannot be that consistent and compete at this high of a level where everyone is up to the task. Whether he does not respect his team mates or opponents, it has to be one of them, otherwise he has to be delusional to think he deserves a place in T1 team.
