Weight is just a number. How you look and feel is more important.
71 kg with 7% bf = 66 kg free fat mass
75 kg with 12% bf = same 66 kg free fat mass
Yeah, you look a bit "bigger" in clothes, but what's the point? I have been "bulking" (not too "dirty") during 1.5 years, ate 4000 kcal a day, was "bigger" but kinda lean (not as lean as last few years though) at the same time, but in the end I started feeling like shit, was really tired of eating that much, and wouldn't say I gained significantly more muscles, mostly excess fat and water... IMHO bulking isn't worth it.
