My previous similiar thread is now lost in time like tears in rain, so i will create another one, but this team, learning from your replies, i have considered my options as followed: ZOWIE EC3-C, ZOWIE S2, Logitech G Pro X Superlight and i also found on a second-hand store an old Finalmouse Classic Ergo. What would you guys choose in technical aspects, not personal preferences

+1 i have probably atleast 10k hours game time and 20-30k hours general use. All i had to do was change the skates once. Everything else razer too and they never break
2021-12-09 12:10
Idk i've had the same since 2013. The new versions look identical

Razer was shit, but atleast their mouse lineup is honestly stronger than logitech's rn. Viper Ultimate is solid with the lowest latency clicks thanks to laser buttons, got the 8k version if you dont mind a cable for the lowest latency all around. But really shape and size is probably the biggest factor, Superlight is a pill shape, Viper is a flatter design, imo better for claw and fingertip. Also go for the smallest mouse you can without discomfort.

Just tell me your grip and hand sizes
2021-12-09 11:06
technical aspects really doesn't matter in gaming mice, because all decent ones at least got the fundamentals right. Shape is always king and theres no other way than trying different mice. e.g. i own the superlight, but wasn't able to get a consistent grip, that's why I went back to the xtrfy m4, even though I would prefer wireless and no honeycone.

Not in germany. My brother told me there's one in sweden iirc. Couldn't find it with a quick google search though. Saturn/MediaMarkt is your prolly your best bet for the bigger brands. Everything else you need to just send back. It's annoying, but usually not a problem within 14 days.

I actually never sent a product back purely because I didn't like it, don't know feels wrong to me, sax that there is no electronics shops in Germany where you can test out things live before buying.

definitely. It's one of the few things like clothes or musical instruments that you actually have to try before buying it. I wouldn't mind a 2h drive for that
2021-12-09 13:31
You buy 2-3 mouses per Invoice (14 days or 30 with Klarna, depends) and use them the ones you dont like you can reship it back to the shop. Easy as that ..
2021-12-10 10:23
Logitech. But I think razer viper ultimate is better in every way except for shape ans thats preference. Also want to add that generally I think razer quality is shit but viper is legit. I have g pro though because it fits my hand like a glove while not even ergo mouse. Also you didnt ask about razer so sorry I bring it up lol

there were a lot of Razer suggestions in the previous thread, but there was a reply saying "Razer are now bad, yet they were the best 20 years ago

Overall the Superlight would be the best choice, but that depends whether you like the shape or not. It's a safe shape and imo if you like the shape just go with that. Lightweight, wireless, great scroll and good sensor and buttons - what else would you want? If the shape is not for you, then probably the Zowie EC3-C (EC2-C is also fine, just slightly bigger) would be the next best option. Ergo shapes tend to feel very comfortable and with the benefits from the C-series features it should be fine as well. Just get some aftermarket mousefeet. I wouldn't go for the regular Zowie S2 when the C-series are already out, so if that seems good then go for the S2-C (or Superlight, almost the same shape afaik). Hope this helps. Edit: Also check out #15, very solid advice. If you can, try the mice before buying so you know what you're getting yourself into.

serious question from someone who hasnt been playing csgo for quite a while. i bought my steelseries sensei raw after testing about 5 different ones back then and i couldnt really find a difference in terms of performance back then. arent the gaming mice of the big companies (zowee, razr, logitech, steelseries, etc) on a similiar level anyway and its much more preference mostly due to form, weight, position of the buttons, you name it?

I currently have the Logitech G Pro Wireless. I've also tried out the Superlight. I think the G Pro Wireless is already light enough. Almost identical stats. Definitely the best mouse I've ever had performance-wise. The G pro wireless has 4 removable side buttons, while the superlight 2. The RBG lighting adds a few style points to the Pro Wireless, but the Superlight has its name written on the side, so 50/50 there. Nah, 70/30 for the Pro Wireless. RBG lighting is nicer.

Definitely the best mouse I've ever had performance-wise. The G pro wireless has 4 removable side buttons, while the superlight 2. I added them even if I don't use them. It becomes entirely symmetrical, which I like. The RBG lighting adds a few style points to the Pro Wireless, but the Superlight has its name written on the side, so 50/50 there. Nah, 70/30 for the Pro Wireless. RBG lighting is nicer.

I'd say there's many options, depends on your grip style and hand size try to choose from this top 40 list rocketjumpninja.com/top-mice also some mice that aren't in this list that are good: Pwnage symmetrical 2 wireless (razer viper mini copy but wireless ), Glorious model D- (previous models like d, o and o- were dog shit because of build quality but with D- they stepped up their game), and also Vancer Gretxa (finalmouse starlight wannabe)
