Launders' list has nothing to do with HLTV Top20 bruv, it's not a prediction at all. He's said it multiple times that it's his opinion list, based on who he "feels" were the best players of 2021. And it's not based on HLTV's ranking criteria either.

It wouldn't be fraudulent at all. Electronic is an easy Top 7-5 player this year, it's just unlikely he will place higher than Ax1Le, Hobbit, or NiKo.
