No offence, but there's literally no way Perfecto makes it to Top20 with 1.03 stats. It's literally impossible.
try learning to read leaderboards stats. perfecto has been top3/5 right after star players several times. #261

You could have just said that you are a new**g, who has no idea about how rankings work. Let me educate you.
After 2017, HLTV Top20 Rankings were focused more on individual stats and achievements, compared to team achievements.
Post-2017 Rankings depend on:
1) Your personal stats (all categories of stats), stats in big events and elite events, stats in playoffs of big events, consistency in stats, and stats against various rank categories of teams. Also, stats on LAN are valued more.
2) MVPs and EVPs
3) Depth of event runs and trophies.
Perfecto is barely Top40 in terms of stats. He less the same sub-1.05 stats in every single category and drops even negative in certain filters. In addition, he has 0 MVPs and has EVPs at less than half the events Navi played.
Needless to say, there is 0% chance Perfecto makes Top20 in 2021.
You destroyed yourself lmao. Firstly, your stats are Rating1.0, and 1.07 in Rating1.0 is obviously good. If Perfecto could have been around Top20 in terms of 1.03 Rating2.0 stats, there could be a conversation. Quoting previous years are literally irrelevant today. 1.03 will be a Top20 stat in 2014, because everyone had low stats. 1.03 today is barely even be Top40. Relative stats matter. Example for your slow brain: Just because 70 out of 100 was enough to top your class 2 years ago, it doesn't mean it is still enough today, if everyone is scoring 70+. Hopefully, your brain can understand this.

Dude, it's a fact that HLTV doesn't place players in the TOP 20 with such a low rating. Name me at least one player in the top 20 in past years who has a rating 2.0 below 1.05.

my belief strong is.
When broky with 0 success can make it a Nafanfy with some wins and a rating of 1.06 can surpass broky.
Normally to win an MVP in finals when you belong to the loser teams you need at least 0,07 rating higher than the best player of the winning team.
So by numbers, it is possible.
