Sorry mens, I don't live in Albania, nor does my country force people into service. From what I've heard from a Ukrainian friend is that you can easily bribe the army by paying that fine you mentioned.

Exactly, if you're just starting your professional life and don't want to lose the job to the army pay the fine as long as it's not too expensive and move on.

i find it interesting that some countries have Mandatory service and i know it's not that there throwing a 17 year old into a deadly war the vast majority of the time it's just boring af shit that you just have to do but would rather be doing almost anything else then again It's easy for me to say that cause since Independence in 1922 we have never been to war or even come close to it remained Neutral in WW2 so point is having a big army is just not needed
