even though device had 1 mvp this year, he completely sucked on big events- that's why I wouldn't place him that high, he is barely 10-12 imo, and putting blameF over b1t- at least very strange.

blameF had good rating at play-off big events 1.13 and whole year was good, b1t wasnt so good in 1st half of 2021, thats why i put him #12 and blameF #11

Frozen does indeed have an MVP but it's from Flashpoint, which was an A-Tier online tournament, to my knowledge.
So he definitely deserves a placement and his MVP but statistically throughout the year, didn't make a Top 20 placement unless BlameF doesn't make it this year.

It will probably be BlameF over frozen even though IMO Frozen is a waaaay more impactful player and pretty much any GM would take him over Blame.
But historically HLTV cares a lot about rating (probably since I’m pretty sure they made it, so I guess basing top 20 around it gives it some form of legitimacy even though it’s incredibly easy to inflate).
