After waking up in the morning, I brush and immediately go out in the light, either walk for a few minutes or do jogging on cardio days. It's great for my circadian rhythm. I can already feel difference how my days have become so much productive in just doing it for 2 weeks.
Keep working on my body in the gym, as my thread said I started going there and it's been over a month. I'm slowly beefing up. Then deal with the college exams in May. Kickstart my music or just keep making it and then find love and friendship, maybe both in one.
Wake up go grocery store, play vidya, eat, drink, watch anime, play vidya, shit, shower, sleep

My self improvement routine startet 1,5 years ago, so I will just continue to do that. My diet is now on point and I go to the gym 5-6 times a week.
Something I want to improve on, is to be more outgoing, and keep getting smarter. I also want to start playing football again, stopped some years ago, but I miss it.

In disc golf I want to practise 3 things.
I will prac all my coffee breaks 2x15min per day to get more range and consistency to putts. From 7m to 10m with 90% is goal
Bachand distance with flat or hyzerflip i want consistent 120m on demand. About 2 times per week field training.
I use forehand about 5% of my shots and only under 50m.
I have to work to be consistent and have atleast 80m distance
I'm actively trying to get better at CS in hopes of someday making a career out of it so there's that.
I'd also like to get into playing guitar properly. I've owned a guitar that I really like since 2018 but never actually got into playing it and now it's just been hanging on my wall ever since. Might need to invest into a better amp but besides that I don't really have any excuses not to start playing it.
