I know man. Have tried lots of skin care cosmetics, nothing is working out. I cant use tablets and antibiotics cuz I was sick on my immunity system when I was 3yo, almost died.

some people are cursed with acne even if they tried anything, but keep it going anyway, the least thing can happen is not having scars. Just keep trying until you find a perfect facial cleanser for you, for my case cosrx worked perfectly for me, but my sister had issues with it having skin flakes etc..

I know, but scars still can be fixed by lazer but its expensive enough. Ive used korean products by brand Some by mi. And washing gel by ceraVe. Would stick with ceraVe but i need what dermotologist can say about my skin and what He can recommend to me. Maybe next month I can get him cuz its very problematic to go to doctor cuz of covid and QR codes

yeah you better contact dermatologist, when I was a teenager he gave me a topical vitamin a and it worked perfectly for me. and now it is the opposite of before, my skin type is dry now lol

Im turned 21 and still have it. Its like im not complain about this, its Just shows not by hormones I am have an acne, smth wrong in other way. Upd: never used drugs and never drink alchohol

I had diet which cost me 15kgs of my Normal kgs. Now i eat whatever I want cuz im tired of this. Soon will stop eat it and go to a uni of dermatology. Some doctors are recommended it to me.

From my experience dermatologists who work at cosmetic studios are the best. I was a regular at a dermatology hostpital but i got the best results when i went to a doctor that also worked in cosmetics

Yeah, I heard it. But its really hard to find a right one Who have experience of such a problem as my acne. Its like on both chicks mid sized Red zones which hurts and have acne in it. I can wake up and its a blood on my pillow. Also a bit on forehead and Red zone on beard under lower lip you know.

Yeah i had a terrible problem as well. Doctor told we thats it was extremely bad. Now its much better, but i still have acne and its still more than what some of the people i know had in their life (luckers...). It should completely disappear by the time i turn 25. So 2 more years

Well they are good looking so they go out more, party more and drugs and alcohol come with that. Tho i always felt like i was cute even with all the acne. Probably wrong tho haha

thats problem this things come together. increase muscle, increase testosterone, increase acne. good luck tho. acne is a good thing. its sign u have good male hormones. once u finish acne face u can build up big. avoid dairy is what u can do. whey protein is big problem when i was younger. whey problem got me acne so bad.

I have alot of testosterone I think, cuz my legs are fuckin hairy XDDD but yeah, youre right. Once I get my face clean I'll be very happy. Im not ugly by the face look

well I go to high school so maybe the job (school) + part of being social can be at the same time Also, I'm not planning to grind cs 6+ hours a day :D haven't done that since 2 summers ago and Idk if I wanna go back to that, yeah, I was making good progress, but it was kinda too much :D

Yeah i know xD i only grinded for 6+ hours when i had covid and couldnt do anything else But yeah socialising in school is a thing so maybe you can grind for 6+ hours hehe

After waking up in the morning, I brush and immediately go out in the light, either walk for a few minutes or do jogging on cardio days. It's great for my circadian rhythm. I can already feel difference how my days have become so much productive in just doing it for 2 weeks.

Keep working on my body in the gym, as my thread said I started going there and it's been over a month. I'm slowly beefing up. Then deal with the college exams in May. Kickstart my music or just keep making it and then find love and friendship, maybe both in one.

My self improvement routine startet 1,5 years ago, so I will just continue to do that. My diet is now on point and I go to the gym 5-6 times a week. Something I want to improve on, is to be more outgoing, and keep getting smarter. I also want to start playing football again, stopped some years ago, but I miss it.

In disc golf I want to practise 3 things. I will prac all my coffee breaks 2x15min per day to get more range and consistency to putts. From 7m to 10m with 90% is goal Bachand distance with flat or hyzerflip i want consistent 120m on demand. About 2 times per week field training. I use forehand about 5% of my shots and only under 50m. I have to work to be consistent and have atleast 80m distance

I'm actively trying to get better at CS in hopes of someday making a career out of it so there's that. I'd also like to get into playing guitar properly. I've owned a guitar that I really like since 2018 but never actually got into playing it and now it's just been hanging on my wall ever since. Might need to invest into a better amp but besides that I don't really have any excuses not to start playing it.
