It’s really only Shox and Nitro that can be considered “washed”, and nitro’s the igl so he doesn’t need to frag that well anyway
NAF and EliGe are still beasts, and oSee is definitely not washed

I'd assume so but if Stewie is still IGL, I have no idea where nitr0 would fit in.
