To be honest Indian tax system sucks, rtx 3070 cost around 1,40,000 rupees (2000 usd). Not many people will be able to afford a good desktop. Also there is no good quality 3rd party servers here (faceit opened one recently one in india). The near by facit server which has 30~40 ping for the best fibernet ISP in India. Even with other fibernet services you wont be able to get less than 60 ping. Right now we are in the hell loop of valve 64 tick shit.

I mean CSGO pro scene is already very stacked, no point putting efforts in it. Rather be a streamer and enjoy chill life. Pros need to tryhard in scrims , have pressure to git gud, play for long hours in front of PC, not the best job imo

No, they have shifted to Valurante and no one has any intention to come back to CS
they just simply want to ignore this game and they have now shifted the focus from being purely competitive to engaging with kiddish audience and making money by streaming
but still 2-3 teams like GE and all are still on a good level and hopefully doing good in SEA region in Valorant
But they have just gave up on CS bcz there was no money brother, they have to get a family and manage it, so in order to do it CS was not the correct path bcz they were not able to earn well there were only 2-3 big tournaments at max and then they have to rely on Salaries which was also not that gr8 bcz PC scene was overshadowed by PUBG Kiddos

yea i could have mentioned but see in my case parents allowed me to choose any career i wanted so could not have chosen that reason and if forsaken incident didnt happened then surely int'l orgs were coming this means money was coming so parents would not pose a problem then

Played 9000 hours in 100-150 fps (laptop gamer) for past 7 years. Zero support from parents. Still 2900elo in faceit and i can say this with full honesty, the game is buried dead for quite some time here.
