I guess that is healthier than being overweight. If you can't gain weight you won't build muscle at the gym. But it would be good for your heart and overall health

it actually does. If you start skiping or even after 2 rest days you feel like complete shit and small and disgusting. body dysmorphia.. You see those nowadays "fitness influencers" on social media, you see those Hollywood stars geting in gooood shape in just few months, everyone are on drugs and you set yourself unreal goals and compare yourself to others...

Don't overthink about gym and it's only good things from it but focus too much and there's problems coming in as body dysmorphia, different view on food where you can't enjoy tasty things without feeling as shit etc. Biggest tip I could give is avoid social media aka fake nattys(instagram influencers, video bloggers), focus on yourself and you will see and enjoy the progress which could be hard if you thought the juicers who claim natty is the norm. Also angles, pump and lighting makes sooo much different

You dont need to go to the gym to get fit but it makes it a lot easier, when i used to go i had to get a train everytime so id do a better workout to make it worthwhile. Unless your goal is to become a huge chad Mchunk you can get a solid workout by following youtube videos at home or running outside

You have a good physique, you are 205 and 95kg I'm 177 and 75kg I was 115kg before the gym, it changed my life for the better, I'm way more confident, happy, I have more friends, a better relationship with my family, I have a girlfriend. I did gymnastics as a kid but was forced to stop because of Hypermobility and therefore I got fat, not to cope just cause I was used to being able to eat a lot of bad stuff. With your starting physique and the fact that you barely can gain weight, you can become a beast, within a year or two, but you have to go the extra mile for it and really want it, cause else you aren't gonna reach your potential. But I believe in you
