"unreal stuff" you haven't even bothered asking or potentially figuring out there's some reasoning behind it? since I am pretty sure you are referring to my comment, I wouldn't take vitamin supplements just for the hell of it, I have chronic rhinitis and sinusitis and I was advised to that take vitamin c supplements during the colder periods of the year because I'm vulnerable to catching a cold and it could help me out with my immunity since catching a cold adding up to the other 2 conditions can be a pain in the ass (my life is not at risk but constant running nose, overloaded headache, basically it's almost like the flu hits twice as hard), so I'd take vitamin c pills (the one that was recommended to me had a smaller portion of vitamin d included) to soften things up allowing me to come closer to my normal lifestyle during the winter. how is it so much easier making weird ass assumptions and talking some mad shit when you don't know the full picture.
EDIT: As I also said none of my vitamin intake is related to covid and I also included that I didn't even know they were related in any sense to a recovery from it. I took it on a daily the past week because I'm currently fighting one and I have spent most of my recent time just resting on a couch/bed
