Indian call centers has such great window support! In fact it is so great they even fixed the macs we have at work! They were so adament and effective, and they were so concerned about our windows problems that they kept calling every day for 2 weeks.
Impressive that they knew so much about our macintosh´s windows issues, i must say.

Just don't take medical leave. I worked doing physical labor while my arm was broken. Suffered for 1 month.
If I was being payed as much as they are to be a professional, I wouldn't take the leave under any circumstance. Because that is what being a professional is all about: it's about putting your personal issues to the side and giving your all to the team. Any excuses you make, are just that, excuses- whether they be justified or not.

No, I don’t agree to you. Imagine(god forbid), one of your loved one died. I doubt you would be in a same state of mind. I definitely wouldn’t, and I would take a break to rethink a few things and get a grip.
While I agree that with the amount of money taht is being paid, he should be nonstop playing, there are circumstances when you have to back down and take a break
Enduring physical pain while doing physical labor is very different from enduring pshycological pain with a job that requires you to be at your best mentally. It's not something that you can "just" push through, that requires a lot of strong will and unfortunately not everyone has that in them. And even for those that have a strong will, they will eventually reach a breaking point if they don't or can't do anything to get better.
Besides, noone on this platform actually knows whether or not his sick leave is because of his mental situation or because of his stomach again. If it's his stomach again then stress will only worsen the sickness that he's dealing with no matter how strong willed he is.

Mental health is not a shield for criticism. When you were one of the top players in the world and you fall to absolute pieces because you're not in the best structured cs team in history it looks bad and pointing that out and talking about it is not "flaming" it's how literally everyone in every sport talks about a high achieving professional player. Grow a spine.
