How is using the England flag contributing to that? With that logic wouldn't it be worse using the UK flag and forcing Scotland to be under the same flag as England? For example English people like to claim sportsmen like Andy Murray in the past, saying he's got UK flag so he's a part of us even if he doesn't want to be. I don't want to do that, I'll support Scotsmen but not under some pretence that they belong to us.
No shame in using England flag, look at England cricket, rugby, football.. are you going to force them to merge with Scottish/Welsh players and be "UK" team instead? We should encourage each other to be proud in our identities, while also being friendly with each other.. that's what I'm trying to get at. We both hate the government for their shit too..

Technically England and Wales have already merged in cricket as Wales and England both play under the England Cricket team
But I agree with what your saying, using a flag has nothing to do with breaking up the UK.

Could you just tell me how does your thought process work? Seems like you've barely passed your GCSEs. Where did I say that I hate England? All I am saying that we live in the UK and should attempt to unite all of the nations (that create the country called the UK) even further and not deepen the divisions by displaying flags of countries that have stopped existing when the UK was created. I love England, Scotland, Wales and NI as historically geographical parts of the UK, not actual countries. Instead, I truly love the UK and I am proud to be a British citizen.

It's weird because during the start of the vote for Brexit both party leaders were in favour of leaving in terms of principles but then Corbyn changes his stance cuz the young voting base of the labour party (which is actually much smaller than it appears because young people don't vote as much as older people) which is why the conservative party took such a large amount of the vote during the first vote and again when Boris the party animal ran for PM.
Well for a start I live in Yorkshire, and I'm not a tory. It all comes down to personal opinion mate, if I want to use the England flag since, that's the country I'm from and live in, then that's what I'll use
