Good list! In Finland we dont have much own food culture. Sure we have good restaurants and food is a thing but even finnish restaurants they make foods from other countries.

With all humblenes, mine, Algeria has one of the most delicious traditional foods that you can find world wide, we have Couss Couss from all kind, we have Mhajeb or Mahjouba, we have Bourak, we have Chekhchoukha and so on and so forth, I highly recommend you to taste some if you had the opportunity to do so.
