When start my PC i can hear micronoise in my headphones. This micronoise is happening aswell when headphones turned off. Its not headphones problem 100% because another headphones doing the same micronoise What i can do?

when you say micronoise, you mean like the noise it makes when you plug the headphones? if it is, it might be because of electrical grounding, how is your PC plugged in? directly into the outlet or into an UPS?

it was this static noise that you could never stop. i tried plugging/unplugging my headphones and then plugged in other headphones and the same problem was there. once i gave it to the computer doctor he fixed it

This usually happens due to poor shielding of the front panel cables and so they pick noise due to electrical interference. Try plugging in the back of the motherboard.
