You do understand that s1mple has 1.35 rating in 2021 and he has been THE MOST DOMINANT EVER. Having 1.5 rating means that a player can play 3v7 and they still can win

Now i'm not sure in my opinion. Saw a comment where a guy said that S1mple might lose his grip after a while due to his slightly rambunctious lifestyle. I began to notice that a large number of videos appeared on YouTube, where Sasha misses in situations where he usually hits. But maybe it's the echo of the holidays? #9

idk i think it will either be 2021 or 2022. I dont think navi will have an era after 2022 still, they will drop off, fall apart or other teams will catch up. I dont think they will have a better era than astralis (just personal opinion, maybe they will. They have sick players and a great coach to do it). And you cant really accel as much if ur team is not dominating. This year it was both s1mple being insane and navi being as dominant as they were. If navi were like 2018/19 navi we would propably still consider 2018 s1mple as the highest individual peak ever. We have to keep in mind that winning more also boosts your confidence and stats :)

At one point, I used to think that hitting an annual rating of 1.25 in Tier-1 is crazy and such players are Gods (which they are). Then s1mple shows a 1.35, and I'm like......ok xD

That would have to be the most ridiculous, dominant, nuclear performance in any esport ever. If that happens, i am sure noone can surpass this level of dominance in any esport ever

The thing is I can comprehend how dominant would be a team, with a player going 1.4+ throughout the year/ Navi have been demolishing everything with s1mple having 1.35. It just seems insane

haha people said the same about zywoo. monesy is the closest player ever to what zywoo was showing in tier 3 scene, destroying everyone. He is not as good as zywoo, but his mechanics and creativeness is far above s1mple and many other top players, you just havent seen enough of him. Doing it in tier 1 will be a whole other beast so i really have 0 certainty that he will actually be a top5 player in 12 months, but he has the obvious potential.

potential is a big I think it will depend a lot on the team there is a lot of factors to take in I doubt he will carry G2 I'm expecting a good year for him 1.15 rating and top 15.
This year will be the most competitive year in a while with all the new rosters but I still do think the top 3 will be mostly the same in 2022 especially with their new rosters ZywOo and Niko will be more deadly
I agree with you, but monesy need to work on his emotions, because in big matches he is probably gonna choke, but its fine he still young, and will need to get some experience first

s1mple is not here for long, he is 24 + drinks alcohol which decreases reflexes, speed reaction.
ZywOo can be here as long as he motivated cuz he is 21 and he won't be limited by his physical condition.

You can see him at last tournaments, he looked extremely unhealthy for 21 y.o. It is actually means he has passive life, he is cs go pro, playing games 90% time and eating unhealthy food, wake up, this is not fantasy world.
Everyone on the way to be washed up with this kind of lifestyle, at 21 you still can eat and drink everything just wait 2-3 more years and see what happens.

2022/2023 is likely, after that I think S1mple will start to get older and stay top 5 for another few years before falling off harder. In at most five years he'll be out of the top 10.
ZywOo might have a harder peak in a few years, so he'll stay in the top 5 or top 3 until maybe 2025.
But top 1 and 2 being those two will only be for another two years, and that depends on them not having a bad year like ZywOo did in 2021 or S1mple did in 2019, though a bad year for them was still top 2 then.
These are all bullshit. It's possible the two will be top 2 for a decade. Same things were said about lebron.
