Rank distribution in NA and OCE, is completely broken. TF works in dumb ways, and many people face cheaters on the daily, especially at high ranks. In SEA, I used to play spin botters in like 20% or 25% of my games at mg1-mg2 level, and i've never cheated at all on any accounts. In NA, matchmaking ranks are a joke, no one's rank matches their skill and people troll all the time in nova-mg matchmaking.
