will the influx of points from an expensive player really offset RUSH's low rating? i just can't see how bringing in s1mple and RUSH would counter each other when i could just have b1t and perfecto who are both able to pop off at any moment

i made a quick lineup that has $0 left over to show that having s1mple and good players is possible but idk if the lower tier players will make enough points to make it worth it

Vitality lineup looks solid, but new FaZe not much worse, can beat them
if u wanna win and not just place top 10% you gotta be lucky and pick players that fluke a extraordinary performance, s1mple is consistent at his high rating and will give about his expected price but if team like big tops their group and syrson gets 1.35 rating you will be swimming in gained points
navi players are good picks but less cost-effective since price goes lower with team ranking, so dont pick the expensive ones and use that money on cheap star players instead

Since there will be so much padding, I do not think it is worth to pick a shit player. I just picked players from the favorites and now hope they go undefeated through groups

I have actually picked the exact same team hehe.
But correct me if I'm wrong - padding is only for teams that advance ahead? If a team goes out early, ie losing round 1 of the Knockout stage, they only get -3 as "padding" after that for each round missed due to elimination. Correct?
In that case a bad player going out early because of a bad team might not be as damaging as a bad player in an ok team grinding it out.

I was thinking about Misutaaa but apex is the grenade dude for vitality. I will use him for Kobe and flash assist. Also, he is a player who have one god map and two bad ones and that makes him worse for BO3...but BO1, he can pop off beautifully. I'm betting on that but still unsure if I should go Misutaaa
