All these players can be called the goat of Csgo , I just divided them into tiers and in descending order. Skill , peak , accomplishments , longevity , dominance , impact taken into account
S tier- s1mple , device , olofmeister , f0rest , coldzera (only because nobody has ever got 2 #1 back to back with 2 majors and 7-8 championships in just 2 years)
A tier- get right , niko , flusha , jw , krimz , dupreeh , kennyS , magisk , fallen
B tier- xyp , guardian , shox , snax , electronic ,zywoo (he has a strong case , but only 3 years +one if those years is online. Could put him at A tier)
C tier - nbk , elige , twistz , naf , rain , glaive , hobbit , Stewie

Forest easily s tier. Why ? Highest longevity , high peak , is still a good player and can get good stats in a top team , elite player till 2019 , nip era , major winner. He is s tier for sure

That's true. Nbk has also always been in a tier 1 team since 2013-14. Nbk has won championships almost every year. Nbk has 2 majors. Nbk has been a part of almost every top french team. Nbk built vitality. This might sound funny , but french scene would've been not nearly as good without nbk. He had too much impact. And sure , he was also the cause of downfall of some of the french teams with internal conflicts , but that doesn't take away from his contributions

??? Olof was the best player in first half.of 2016 , and still made top 20 in 2017. Was one of the best support players in 2018 with good stats and carry performances in both majors (more than 1.2 rating in both majors). Was still decent in 2019 and fell off in 2020. Get right has been straight garbage since 2015.

I believe that this is a very good list, I would change a thing or two but overall it seems legit.
I am very happy with what you have done with Zywoo but he will be s Tier soon (and he has won two back to back #1). I love NiKo but I don't think he can be S tier too (he is the best aim player of all time, nobody is better than him but his game sense is lacking severely (Coldzera is like this but he has won majors)). I would have put all of astralis members on tier A (even device and Xyp) bcs they are all good and they made a great team (they are not as talented individually). For me Get right can be tier S too he was a banger in early days and snax can be tier A.

Yes I think I may have underrated him a bit , but elec doesn't have nearly as many tournament wins as jw flusha krimz and definitely didn't deserve a spot OVER them. Also he is young , he will probably be one of the s tier by the end of his career

Yes but not enough achievements. Longevity is also a factor. U can't just call every new superstar player a goat. He will only keep moving up , if vitality wins a few tier 1 events this year and he continues this performance he can become s tier but not right now imo

Most of get rights accomplishments are from 2013 when the scene wasn't even properly established. Same with forest , but forest has had a higher longevity than gtr , and he is still decent and can join a top team. Gtr was good till 2016 but fell off after that. Last 2 years he was a complete bot.
Olof was a good player till 2019 , won tier 1 tournaments every year , dominated in competitive years of Csgo , reinvented his playstyle after joining faze and became a top tier player once again with a completely different role , won more majors.

im not sure about putting zywoo in S tier. Dude hasnt won shit. Most of his trophies are also from t2 events... Also, i think putting dupreeh/niko/kennys in S rather than olof makes more sense

ZywOo got twice best player as a rookie. For sure he doesn't have big titles, but he's shown way more skill level and game understanding than other players. Only four players has 2x top 1 on HLTV - s1mple, coldzera, GTR and ZywOo. And ZywOo got it competing with the best of those players.
I'm not sure about that, Fnatic dominance was impressive and olof still played on 2017 FaZe. dupreeh maybe deserved a better spot there, but I think NiKo and KennyS are fair rated.

He has a career .74 kpr, 1.23 impact and 82.5 ADR in big events. These are big dick numbers in pro CS.
To put it in perspective Rain who you've listed in the same tier is .70, 1.14 and 80.0 in big events for career. Elige is a clear notch above.
To put it in more perspective Snax is .71, 1.08, 75.0. Dupreeh is .72, 1.14 and 77.2.
Even without a major he's been an elite fragger extremely consistently on the biggest stages for five years straight and has a not insignificant number of big event wins.
The additional spaces that have been taken in front of every comma, it's giving me anxiety.
