It's hard to give a rough estimation because it depends on your position. Basic moderation positions are average pay but if you are in charge of moderation positions or you are a more managerial role in moderation, then lay is much, much higher... It also depends on the website you are moderating and initially work for, if you are a full-time moderator position as opposed to a part-time position, which won't really pay at all and used initially as a trial period for new moderators.
Website maintenance and design is usually very good pay depending on which website company or organisation hires you. If you have ownership rights within the website, then your pay would obviously increase in shares.
