This is it for him, playing alongside Fnatic current roster is like having no hope. Also as ORG, Fnatic is dropping expectations atleast for CSGO Roster. Player like Brollan is definitely what NIP needs. With Device hopefully coming back soon, this NIP would have potential of being TOP 5 consistently.
Hampus - Best Fragging IGL. IMO.
Device - Top 5 awper.
Brollan - Still very young and promising star rifler compared to Rez.
es3tag - Can be good like Astralis time, but need good team around him and this change might help him.
Now it's either -Plopski or Rez. I don't think they will kick Rez. But lets see.
Mens CS getting more stacked if this move happens. Device gotta get back soon though.

I did. And what I have seen from Plopski was horrible, I think I never seen Plopski playing well (I am following cs from the Katowice 2020). REZ on the other hand was insane in Katowice, and he was insane when device joined.
So if Brollan is coming, kick Plopski, and keep REZ as a star rifler together with Brollan, who entries a lot more, so he would be more like an entry, REZ as a star a bit anchory rifler (plays ramp on Nuke, A Ancient, but on T side he has star roles), hampus as an aggressive space maker. These are 3 pretty aggressive players, so passive AWPer like devve is exactly what they need, and es3tag as an anchor.
