i hate to break it but this year might be the easiest #1 s1mple ever get. why do i hate it? because i was having fun last 3 years with zywoo and thanks to the rivalry there was some more motivation to cheer for s1mple. while zywoo and niko are having their worst years s1mple is still level above in class of his own so i believe with one or two mvps he will get the #1 place again. he dont even to get need more than that
broky: do not even start with the broky he is not even gonna finish the year where he can call himself the best player of faze clan. even if he can manage to dominate 2022 with faze he is not gonna get the #1. we've had this moment before with dev1ce in 2018. even though he was the star player of the best csgo team of all time and individually played consistent all year and his team won a major and did crush all the opponents including s1mple's navi he couldnt do it. because 1.35>>1.24. who tf is broky compared to dev1ce? im apologize to dev1ce for comparing this inconsistent player who is pretending to be icecold in his interviews with him but i had to do it because it seems like they wont stop talking about him. ngl i never liked him and he is the only person i dont like in top 5 candidates.
niko: lets be clear i love niko and he is the goat rifler but he is not on s1mple and zywoo level. if u are not awper u can only go so far and he almost did reach that level last year but almost and i have mad respect him for that but even though people seems to forgot he once tried being awper and lets not even talk about it so its not their fault that he cant awp.
ropz: i believe he will be the best player of faze by the end of the year but his stats are nowhere near. not even close to niko's. he needs to get 1.27+ and win some mvps then i would like to have that talk.
zywoo: so he is the s tier player but started the year like an a tier player this year even though he has what he needs now(yes im talking about dupreeh) his performance dropped so hard and his team barely did qualify for the major. im talking like this but we all know he is the only player who can put a good fight against s1mple and he can bounce back. lets see

if we are talking about top5 then yeah anything can happen but we are talking about top1 and s1mple is there to stay and not going anywhere. for petar milovanovic who is making the top20 players of the year consistency is almost everything so zywoo did get 1.2 rating in first four months of year and this is not a good look for him. he needs to step up big time or s1mple will win it again because i dont see anyone else is getting 1.3 rating except him

More tournaments are to come mid year and another major, everything can change. I still remember 1KD players jumping to 1.16 literally in span of 6months after long struggle. I kinda believe that ZywOo has the highest chance to undertake s1mple if he wakes up, but if he doesn't then it will remain that way. As of right now the entire team struggles and its visible

i think ZywOo can even peak to get back to his old stats and get even higher, because after high strugle there's always huge bounce back. If anything for ZywOo it is learning experience and possibly we will see more agressive playstyle by zywoo sooner or later. I think it's just time and we need to see if this team works

oh i see. i didnt watch most of the gambit games this year tbh i wasnt aware that he was playing that good. then yeah he is the best candidate against s1mple if he can keep it up but he needs to get better on his impact rating which is what fucked him up last year against niko and zywoo

he needs do stop playing for flashy plays. i know it seems dumbest shit to say but i feel like he is trying too hard to get kills which tells us his gamesense is not on point yet. he making easiest shots the hardest one with that playstyle. kid has the talent but he needs to get better or he will be remembered like what happend to the young prodigy who was close to being kennys 2.0

i couldnt create the analogy good enough. lets just say we are in 2015. barcelona have msn trio. u cant expect neither neymar(m0nesy) nor suarez(hunter) to win against messi(niko). niko will be the best and star player of his teams like he should be. all im saying if niko has a 20% chance monesy has 5% at best

I want Sasha to get another top 1. However, dude it’s only april. We are not even half way through the year. Things aren’t looking great in Navi, they might have roster changes which will have a HUGE impact on s1mple. Let wait at least till autumn, and then start discussions on who is top 1 top 2 ect

yes i think he will end up in top5 and he is the best candidate from faze but i dont know. its not easy to be the top1 player in the team which has 2 and half(broky) stars. we will see
With the performance zywoo just showed, especially on Dust2, i'm pretty confident saying that zywoo has returned to his S tier level, like last year when vitality were 0-2 in major legend stage, he pop off in crucial moments. Things will normally just get better with time for vitality, so there is still a big chance that zywoo make it really competitve for the #1 this year.

sorry but there is no chance for dev1ce. he did not play a single game in the first 4 months of the year but if stavn can get a little bit better and wins some mvps with heroic then why not
im afraid navi are gonna struggle after the major when this roster will break apart. tho i only wish s1mple the best, he's one of the rarest ukrainians who didn't lose their mind after 24 feb and he's still the best in the game, what a fighter. never cheered for him but now i do
