I don't do squats because i don't feel my quads working out. I'm more lower back dominant on squat so i just don't do it anymore(my goal is hipertrophy).
Last year I did 130kg x 10 low bar squat.
I've been struggling with my squats lately as I had a shoulder issue that put me back quite a lot.
Did 80kg x2 at some point (not maxing out, could've maybe done 1 more rep), but I need to really work on my squat tbh.
50 or 60 kg maybe x10, I never tried maxes just doing what my coach says

Not bad,I guess you havent been training for a whole lot of time.If you are skinny try eating more food than comfortable with a good amount of protein(and not trash food ofc),you wont grow very much otherwise.
My best was 115kg X6 with a bit more than 2 years of training at 190 cm/82 kg

3x 100kg. I have genetically strong legs but boy was that tough. Ofc after a couple of years of training, but I only do legs 1x/week.
I do Weightlifting and at last week i did 150kg x 3 reps x 6 sets
Just have a positive mindset and keep grinding m8s. We'll all make it one day.

5x5 80kg like a month ago but i feel like shit while squatting, I barely feel my quads while squatting (probably because I use a wide stance, otherwise I can't get depth and my knees are in a big pain)
Just tried squatting again yesterday, did 60kg 5x5 with no problem, tried to get the best depth I could and did a pause at the bottom, working towards bettering my form currently (my knees caved in a lot while doing heavier weights) but I'm pretty confident that I could get 80 5x5 and something like 90x1 (with a worse form fucking up my knees so not going for it rn)

Why not 1 rep max? Its the only thing I track. Mine is 190kg btw. For more reps I don't know, maybe 180 for 2?
