It's not really Java that's the issue, although I'm not a fan of Java. It's Android Studio in general. It's just really inefficient and awkwardly designed.
2022-05-18 04:29
what is the difficulty in implementation of C++ in android? i know C++ but no experience with mobile dev
2022-05-12 23:11
2 replies
it's not difficult but kinda different limited stl, using jni as java/c++ bridge which is horrible, for complex parts u need to fully understand arm e.g inline assembly (x86 is not a thing anymore on mobile) and so on..
2022-05-12 23:18
1 reply
You just described a bunch of things that make it difficult. There's even more issues than what you described, but even that's more than enough to not use it. Even Java on Android Studio is bad, and Kotlin is somewhat tolerable... Like I said I'm so happy I don't work on mobile Android development...

it is, I've had some colleagues that didn't have a degree, but it's much harder to find a job if you have no experience AND no degree. You have to be really good/have some small homemade projects to show to the employer/have good knowledge about programming.

for the first 3 months i had to learn all the systems, learn about the sales psychology so I definitely wasn't ready. I've always been quite talkative and helpful person but I never really thought about going into sales. And especially in Finland people are more "stiff" so to say and it's not always easy to get them to talk so it was really hard at first to get the hang of things. In Finland people have this old stereotype about salesmen that we are all crooked and that we are only looking to get customers to buy stuff/services only because of it brings us money but thats quite far from the truth nowadays. It's really rewarding when a customer accepts your offer that you know is good or most likely better for them. One of the many reasons I like my job tbh

It’s possible if you work for a western company in IT
2022-05-11 06:14
why? I am working for polish branch of a German company, even polish companies can pay you like that in Poland (and in most parts of the globe) u can earn good money if you are a programmer and it's because companies from all over the world have to compete for workers everywhere since remote working is possible
2022-05-11 10:20
Programmers are overpaid, there's a lot of startup companies that has a lot of people backing up moneys behind and they spend a lot of money on salaries because of competition, so people with little to no experience get big salaries. Problem is those investors thinks they will find the next facebook in IA, metaverse or whatever but half of those companies will be wiped out one day or another, specially when they pay big salaries and it's hard to keep people in the project for long.

Rip mens, thats really a scam. In switzerland civil service pay is the same as military pay (because you can do civil service instead of the mandatory military service). In the first 180 days or so everyone gets the same pay, after that it depends on your level of education/your previous job

No but in case you did your civil service/ military service while you were already living on your own you will get financial support from the state. But that propably just covers your basic needs and rent. Or if you have a job and lose money that way you cannot get fired because of that and you will get some of the money you would earn refunded by the state as well

This is well above average for Hungary,I consider this great.I'm only 22,live in a small/medium sized city on the countryside and I "only" studied until high school.I can save half of it while renting an apartment.

Good job man. You can do even better for sure. The IT market in Poland is crazy rn. After almost 3 years of experience I get 27k pln a month. I feel like I don't deserve it :D
2022-05-11 12:23
NT but I'm on £32k a month, with travel included. All I have to do is spin some records and then I get free first class travel, blow and hookers when I want. Professional DJ btw

They got their job abroad after 2/3 years of experience with React but they had to apply A LOT in order to get the interviews

2022-05-11 13:08
My current career high is 50k€/year + bonuses + benefits in a software job; you name it, I'll do it. Not an amazing salary in Finland, but above average and the job is easy and the company is really nice.

Right now I'm 18 yo and I don't really make money. The only income I have is from my mother and my father pretty much. At least I will have some work in June but still. Tbh, the current situation ain't that bad yet but it will be when I move out to study something in the school of applied sciences, but I hope to be making decent money (3-5k/month) in the future when I have graduated.
2022-05-11 23:26
What's your purchasing power like? Because if I made $3400 USD a month where I live I wouldn't even be able to cover my food expenses. My highest salary was ~14k USD/ month, but I worked independently since, and sold my business 2 years ago so I could move on to something else. I haven't had a monthly salary for a long time now, because I pay for my expenses with my Ltd. In any case, I've always reinvested 85%+ of profits so that I can quickly scale up and sell at a price that is of high value.

25.500 PLN (~5700$) gross as a .NET developer was my best month on B2B contract. Now I am on an employment contract so I make less but I prefer more stable job and more free time over the money.

5500€ if I remember correct. It was after a 6 digit sale I made.

My biggest salary would be close to 30k PLN (6400 euro). and that would be from 1 job cuz I work for 2 employers and I have my own passive income which is alot for Polish standards. Congratz btw and dont be stupid. If You have a chance, invest this money for the future. Buying apartments is the way(if You know how to do it and how to maximize income from it)
