If it was a pro-government song maybe people would have hated it. But it's about how the Serbian healthcare system is broken and how artists don't get healthcare from it?
That's like super European values. Anti-serbian government and systems is gonna be popular in Europe. As a stand alone song, it's very mediocre and unimpressive. But that's like 90% of eurovision songs anyway.
