Sibelius has some nice tunes, and Shostakovich's other works also are good shit. Also not a symphony per se, but Strauss - Metamorphosis is fine piece

Try piano concertos. The same thing, but with accent on piano. Recommendations: Tchaikovsky no 1, Rachmaninoff no. 2

Now, these aren't symphonies, but you might still enjoy them. They are fun little galops (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galop) by the Danish Composer Hans Christian Lumbye. Copenhagen Steam Railway Galop (1844) youtube.com/watch?v=mQ-N2Kccyxc Champagne Galop (1865) youtube.com/watch?v=6VxLTuREsFE

There's still a lot for you to discover! Some of my favourites you didn't list: Mozart's 'Haffner' and 'Linz' symphonies, Dvorak's 7th and 8th symphonies, Brahms' second, Bruckner's 7th and 8th symphonies, Mahler's 4th, Rachmaninoff's 2nd.

i dunno but i went to berlin as a kid and listened to some philharmoniker or whatever

Prokofiev's 5th symphony is my all-time favorite that I have performed. Shostakovich 5,7,9, and 11 are all great. Tchaikovsky 5, Sibelius 2, Mahler 1, and Rachmoninof 2 all amazing. If you want some smaller ensemble pieces I highly recommend Ravel's Introduction and Allegro. 10/10
