I don't know much about Amsterdam, but the public transportation is probably the best in the world.

belgium doesn't have much restrictions left, public transportation is good as in there are frequent busses and trains but often delays
as to things to do, I think u have more to do in Amsterdam :D

Anything you would suggest for me to eat / drink?
Drink beer (if you're allowed to, it's the best in Belgium. Eat waffles, fries with mussels (typical Belgian food), eat Belgian Chocolate!
Places to visit, places to buy weed, cupcakes and waffles?
Visit the center around 'de meir' shopping street, visit central station maybe (also there), visit zoo? and no weed in Belgium
Anything that stands out please tell me - I'll check it out.
Just walk in the centre of antwerp, 'het mas' is also nice building and museum, rubenshuis as well, you have nice markets on the 'big market' in the centre, big cathedral, sick central station
What about public transportation there? What about covid restrictions (we are all fully boosted / recovered, just interested)
easy trams network and train everywhere, no covid restricitions anymore. does that still exists even?

Plenty of "coffeeshops" (places to buy weed) in Amsterdam, check out the website called Greenmeister, it shows you the places + reviews and menu's
Public transport in Amsterdam is decent, trams, busses and metro's. Pretty sure all covid restrictions are gone except maybe for masks in public transport, not sure as I only travel by car.
I don't know spots to go to in Amsterdam as I'm from a different part of NL but someone in here will probably help you out

I would definitely recommend you to try stroopwafels in Amsterdam.

sadly for you recently amsterdam passed a law that coffeshops can't sell weed to tourists anymore
Coffeeshops in the netherlands sell drugs not coffee for those uninformed

Don’t buy anything overpriced, Amsterdam is ultra expensive if you only shop at the tourism hot spots!

Since i cannot post yet and this post i somehow NL related i'll post it here:
Me and one of my friends are going to Antwerp on Saturday to watch the semi's, we were planning on going back to Rotterdam on the same day, we considered 3 options:
-Staying in Antwerp, however all the hostels/hotels are expensive af
-going back by train/flixbus, here the problem is that the 2nd semifinal starts at 20.00 and we don't know how long it's going to take, and the last flixbus leaves at 22.40 from the Central station, which is like 30 min away from the sportspalais thingy so that would be hella risky
-renting a car, this one seems like the most feasible option
So lemme know if:
-You know a cheap place to stay in Antwerp over or you'd be willing to let us sleep at yours (we would pay ofc)
-would like to rent a car back to rotterdam with us then we could split the costs (for now I'm estimating it would be around 30-40 euros per person)

Go eat red velvet cake at drie graefjes
Go spend yo money at Bijenkorf to look drip af
Eat at burger bar for a nice burger in the city
I don’t smoke weed but Rihanna once hired the whole Bulldog coffeeshop to smoke 12 hours non stop there so that should be good
