What do you guys think about the options for the Dig guys? (Will ignore every 12 year old's hate speech)
Im thinking the players who have the best opportunity to join a team better then Dig is forest and heap, maybe together even? the question is where? I assume they want to play in a Swedish team and I suppose fnatic could go back to a Swedish team after this awful international attempt.. But I find it impossible to make fnatic a good Swedish team becasue there is no Swedish igl's.
As for hallzerk, I dont se any big offers coming his way. Would be surprised if he didnt join 777.
Lekro is far from hot right now, could se him joining a team like apeks but them kicking acilion and getting lekro is unlikely. Maybe he aligns himself with the Danish crowd once again, I se that as a possibility.
For friberg its gonna be hard to get a offer he likes wich is sad. Legendary player, as for options I se a golden type of team like savage :/
This can be viewed in 100 different ways that I dont se right now, talk about it. Its all speculation but thats like 90% of what we do on here.

They transfer-listed everybody they should just get BNE before some American orgs IMO.

Me too but tbh they are better than the newcomers, I don't see any swedish newcomer being good enough to replace one of these guys.
And for the Norwegians you surely don't follow the scene enough cuz SLY is insanely skilled and pretty well known now, as for H0land he's very good in his role, both are young also.

Yes the veterans are better then most of the new comers, but thats the best thing about the mixture. The veterans should help improve the new comers making them even better than the veterans in the end.
No I cant say that I follow the Norwegian scene. They never seem to get their shit together having their 3 best players in different teams.. Hallzerk-rain-jkaem. I dont know what they have now? 777? oilers? apeks rebels? There is not enough time in the day to follow teams like that for me :P

I mean he started out playing lurker in the team. Then alot of entry, the player who would be considered "support" by peoples metrics is forest. High amoutns of flash assists, anchor on sites, setting up tm's. Heap and hallzerk was "set up" the most in the team. By far.
Its as I always say: Star player is not a role. Its a title. Any player in any role could be the star player. You calling forest the star player even though he wasnt the one to be set up but instead setting up other players just proves my point.

That doesn't matter, Heap being set up means he is supposed to either get a kill or get traded.
Again, on G2 it would be mostly Jackz and M0nesy being set up. But NiKo is the main rifler, or perhaps HuNter, depending on how you see it. But Jackz is not, he is supposed to go in, get info, and if possible get a kill as well. Entry is a support role.
Look to Astralis, it's the same, Gla1ve goes in and gets traded, or Farlig on the AWP.
On Na'Vi it's Boombl4 or S1mple.
If you think Entry is the rifler and flashes are thrown by the support, you don't understand CS:GO teamwork.

If I think? Your putting words into my mouth, I despise that. You were the one starting to talk about roles. And I said before "by people's metrics" not my own when your so god damned focused on the flash assists...............
I dont think Dig has conventional roles on every player. But I say that the duties of a support players is to set up his team-mates, wich can be done by flashing for them, entrying, getting info for them. Most of this you will find from either friberg or forest in Dig.
You are so all over the place that I dont even know wtf you want to say and if it even connects with what you wanted to say in the beginning.
I feel like friberg could be a good coach if he wants to stay in the scene, he isn't particularly an attractive pickup as much as I love him
f0rest is still hitting bangers like krimz is so would be good to see them together, heap is still very young so hope he gets a spot somewhere, lekr0 is also quite young still but I fear for a good location, same with hallzerk
After the major I think Astralis will make some roster changes. Well at least they should.
So maybe we can see -Xyp9x +F0rest? That would be pretty cool. However kinda risky to sign 30+, but who knows... Maybe F0rest is the Zlatan of CSGO

I mean you never know what might happen when it comes to cs dude. But you´re right, the word maybe may have been the wrong choice of words. However Liquid signing Shox is more random than Astralis signing F0rest, at least in my opinion.

I think it just had to do with the enviroment. Imagine doing the thing you love to do, and then to do it with the people you like to be around. Sounds amazing. I respect the decision he made to leave nip and join Dig, the guy has nothing more to prove. He deserved to do exactly what he wanted.

Dignitas is an NA org. Why bother signing washed-up Swedes in the first place?
Invest into the NA scene at the very least. You won't become title contender obviously but you will earn the goodwill of being in NA. Plus, NA needs org support now as much as possible.

Yeah, like CPH Flames would be title contenders...Let's be real, they are good in Bo1's and that's why they do well only at rmr's and major challenger/legends stage and not in high pressure elimination matches. They don't perform well even in tier-2 Bo3's..
Don't know where dev1ce's head at...Valde is most likely going to Astralis.
I don't see Dignitas as a team that scouts for players and coaches. I think they will probably sign some washed up players again. Better to invest in NA.

But with a solid t1 org they will be better and more consistent.
Dont know about device either but if valde is going to astralis maybe its true that device try to get there to.
Lets see how they do i hope they get a solid roster and at least f0rest will stay.

Let's see. Personally, I never bothered about what Dig is doing. If as an NA org you are signing full swedish/danish rosters without even contending for trophies (or even tier-1 tbh), then I don't how you get your funding from NA partners.
It's the right time to invest in NA scene.

I think whenever any named org signs into NA players, it would always create hype. So, fans would follow the org.
Obviously, the question is whether you could contend for trophies with the current talent pool in NA and my answer to that is no unfortunately.
Better to have like a young academy type team with maybe an EU coach to help them improve. Should not be expensive at all and you earn the goodwill of investing into NA scene.

Do you remember the exciting nip of 2017? xizt, forest, gtr with 2 new comers rez and draken. They won 2 events that year and played very well overall. Then they got dennis to igl and.. They became the worst the team has ever been (up to that point, they got even worse later after the lekro kick nip lineup) Lekro had to take over the igl role from dennis because nip was oh so lost with him leading. Then he also shit the bed igl'ing in apeks. I would not have him igl any team.
pronax is gone from cs, xizt is helping the danish scene, moddii is helping the danish scene, gtr is streaming.. These are the players that should create new life into the Swedish scene, especially in creating new igl's! Look at our options:
robiin, destined for t3 cs.
rusty, destined for t3 cs.
friberg, great player in his day with massive amounts of experience but currently not up to par individually.
twist, blew shot after shot after shot after shot.
lnz, dont know enough about him but hasnt impressed us atleast.
golden, ...
flusha, atleast 1 good option.
Wanna see f0rest get a chance in T1 again at least
