They are not innocent because they at least were complicit with the crime. Hunden was moved to analyst the moment he got banned. And once the ban lifted he got back immediatly.

Analogies don't need to have the same level of severity and using the most extreme analogy is helpful because it paints the logic as clearly as possible. It's why every branch of science uses extremes to help explain more moderate concepts. Then again I don't know why I'm even trying to explain this because it's just one of those things that will always get misunderstood by the millions of morons in the world.

Heroic players and management knew Hunden was using the bug, ESIC did an investigation on it, so the normal thing is to kick him if players and staff are not guilty, if you don't, it seems like you're protecting them by paying Hunden silence, and we saw that he had TS and shit and they were enough to ban niko, although it was a shitshow between both parts and ESIC assuming things to not ban anyone else or lower the ban to niko.
Didn't follow all the cases, but for example Faze with Robban, it makes sense to keep him since he didn't use it on purpose and they lost 16-0 or 16-1 against Astralis.
If a coach used the bug on purpose while players or staff not knowing he was using it, it's an obvious kick, because it breaks the confidence, I mean, it's super obvious, if you find someone stealing at your work or cheating the client or whatever, you'll want him as a coworker or you'll want to fire him?

You miss the entire thing about the players only finding out after the match was done???
and they didnt have TS, the only bit of evidence was some text message between hunden and niko and then a conversation between niko and the rest after the match where he told Them.
Ask yourself this. If they were "All in on it" then why was it only used in 2 maps instead of most maps like Hard legions case for instance.
Secondly why would the team impose further punishment on the coach than what ESIC/Valve had done?? He got banned like the 36 other coaches until his ban period was done.

Hunden told niko on messages before using it but after Astralis game, where he used, niko and hunden, told CadiaN and ¿stavn? in TS and niko said he was against using it, but the report didn't specify about the others, just that they couldn't believe at first but then niko insisted. Sadly, we don't have the TS to check.
I mean, how on earth someone can think they didn't know, when even Xyp9x knew and did a tweet about it?
After some months, Hunden used the bug again, while TeSeS helped him to get into it in Dust 2, although TeSeS thought they were just having fun lol.
ESIC said on the report that Hunden told some staff about the bug too but doesn't explain in detail how he do it more than in "casual conversations" while "joking".
About the punishment, if the coach cheated, the normal thing is to dump him, what's the point on keeping him on paycheck if he can't do the work why he's getting paid, he damaged the team and team reputation, plus according to team and staff, hunden was almost the worst guy on earth! if you don't kick him is because you think that he has proofs that the team knew and agreed on it.

The dust2 match was only a week after their game against Astralis. From ESICs reports the bug was triggered on 12 rounds out of which heroic lost 8. Funny thing was they ended up winning that map anyways meaning they were Better without the bug than with. And if you go and watch the vod of that map it's hard to believe they were getting info by how badly they were playing around it if they did.

Your last paragraph doesnt really make sense. Even after the incident the players acknowledged how good of a coach he was when it came to developing strats. He has been part of many teams in the past and always had a great reputation of being a nice and friendly person.
Lastly if Heroic was just trying to please him cause they "knew that he knew" then it makes no sense why they started a law case against him for sharing the strat book, which is what started the whole thing about him accusing the players

Ok, sure. They had no idea even they accepted they knew after the first game. Before the video they said they had no idea, when they discovered that hunden had a recording they said they though niko was just joking and in the video they said they believed after niko insisted and they said they were totally against it, but ESIC report, only points niko was the one against it.

Casually peacemaker did the same bug in Heroic on previous roster that niko was part of it.
NiKo reposted a tweet the other day saying players knew they were cheating. Which is a big accusation if you're not sure or just doing assumptions.
Xyp9x tweeted about enjoying while it last after the game, that seemed just a beef but after that, the bug thing exploded, same with gla1ve asking the players directly if they knew with no reply.
Thing exploded because hunden throw the shit to the fan, not because heroic wanted.
Hunden admitted to abuse it. Guerri and others have pretty good alibis that they did not abuse it.

I don't think he is actually arguing that Jackzz is better than NIKo
But rather that NIKo doesn't show up when his team needs him the most. It's great an all that NIKo can beat someone who is already lying down, but whenever they need him in the most pivotal games he just doesn't show up.

Yet another clueless person. Jackz isn't an entry. 18% entry attempt vs 27% entry attempt on NiKo. NiKo is one of the players with the highest % entry attempt in tier 1 and in g2 he takes 8% more entry attempts than m0nesy who is an awper.

Niko can get into his own head a bit at times and underperform in some big games like vs FURIA but let’s not forget how hard he carried G2 to the major final last year and how good he was in the final too. Like , Hunter had a poor Major this year but people only criticise Niko.
As for cadian, shit talking is part of the game and that’s fine, but the truth is he’s never won a LAN with Heroic. In fact, they are probably bigger chokers on stage than any other team. Most of the Heroic players fall off in front of a crowd.

(There was one time that some Spanish offerted my team a salary if we get into Spanish masters, 2 of my teammates cheated(we loose anyway lmao) and i didnt know until 1 of them told me that 2 years later)
CadiaN for me is the greatest example of hard work and never surrender the dude played the first major and then got some offert but everything gone wrong and fall to the lowest tier but he manage to pull it back to elite level, he deserve more respect imo
