- aleksi asap. I think while nexa was on the roster they had a way better chemistry as a team and they were all friends, now that aleksi is the igl I think they all look at it like a "job", plus aleksi is overrated and I think nexa was doing a better job than him. I hope that made sense

G2 depending on M0nesy carrying, and some clutchs from NiKo. The truth is that -nexa + aleksib was a downgrade.

I hate when teams change roster every year and point fingers to one - two guys at a time like are the only problems in a team. I can point out alot of bad plays from Niko on Vertigo for example, mistakes noone ever saw because everyone were on TWITCH instead of GOTV. NaVI has b1t, and s1mple knows that other 4 players can take care of business without him trying to do everything, he still does. g2 has m0nesy, and hunter is playing pretty much the same (if not better) but niko of 2022 << niko of 2021. this roster would have gone very deep if same niko had shown up in the major.

You can't rely on niko all the time. Carlos should be angry. I can't see future for g2 atm. They need roster changes, -Alexi -XTQz -Hunter.

g2 doesn't need to change they need to stay together as a team, find mistakes and improve. the team is good

G2's problem is mindset, players practically gave up the game after the 5v3 lost at 11-6 with Art advancing with 2 CZ kills

g2 made their way through good results depending on niko doing 35+ kills on literally every map monesy was a great addiction this kiddo is a beast but i think we need to expect this kind of results by g2 if niko is underperforming

Xqtz and Aleksi need to sit down and actually study their team play, strengths and weaknesses, and actually work on building plays and set ups, or developing game styles that best suit them to each map. We saw the individual skill shine for a lot of G2 players, but they looked really weak and confused on a lot of team play.

Actually I was quite surprised when I started to look at Nexa´s statistics in G2, achievements etc. For the time he spent in G2, the results aren´t actually that impressive compared to Aleksi´s led team so far. hltv.org/stats/players/events/9618/nexa?.. Major 2nd place etc, but also early exits from tournaments, and considering that he was part of the team for over two years. Tbf I would give G2 time until the next major, and if they can´t get to the final, then some changes are needed.

Of course he's angry he's spending a lot of money, just signed the cousins to long term deal and now they are getting huge push back for using the bug. He probably thought after signing monesy they would be dominant.

Honestly I dont think there is much realistic changes available. And you dont really understand what even changing one player means. I feel like there is so much potential for this team. They are only buiding the foundation here. It is smart in long term to start playing new maps (vertigo&ancient) because you dont want to have just 2 strong maps. You will never get to play them.

Honestly, I would also be pissed, with how much money ive spent throughout csgo and not winning any trophies for 3+ years, and now not even getting playoffs of major while a team like FALMES is making it to top 8.

Just get YEKINDAR PLS. He will bring the same amount of good vibes as JACKZ.

honestly? - jackz, - aleksib. Especially Aleksib. I don't believe he can lead this team. With such crazy good roster he should have advanced at least. I don't say reach finals or semis, but go through was a must. I completely agree with Carlos.

He just came in Monesy? he just came in + he was their best player on major Jackz? they removed him and team sucked, hunter dropped like 0.2 rating without him, hunter won't allow this Hunter and Niko? They want to play together, you cant kick one of them, would you kick them both?

I am just a pleb but I can chime in what I see: To establish things, obvious team setup is star trio being Niko, hunter and monesy, while jacks and aleksib are supposed to FILL some roles. So to explain tendencies of those stars, Niko is best utilized ultra aggressive, hunter is mid round god and monesy should be alive as long as humanly possible. What is G2 doing? 1) Jackz is being utilized as a sideshow to monesy and hunter, A ramp mirage for monesy, A apps inferno with hunter. I think jackz is doing a good job to work with those, those setups seem to work way more than they don't. Thumbs up for those 2) on to the bad stuff - why is aleksib taking banana inferno? Why is he trying to take space when you've got Niko - statistically THE BEST space taker that was ever seen in CSGO with no one even remotely close to levels he has reached as entry/space taker. We've seen the end of 2021, it's not Niko's fault he's not performing as such when aleksi is trying to do those things for some reason. Niko's performance at the end of 2021 is inhuman and while unrealistic to expect reliably - he can be reliable while being close to it. I do not think one should need me to tell them that such way of distributing workload is bad - aleksi is arguably the worst player on the team when it comes to shooting and dueling (he's a smart and sexy nerd) - it's the same thing with apex in vitality taking some roles that need more skilled player for it. I find that to be a huge mistake for G2, Niko set up world records, all time records as entry and space taker with levels beyond what awpers can do - why would you put him behind you no matter who you are? There is no human or animal who should run in front of Niko - as simple as that. Hunter is in a good spot imo, he gets space and timing he needs and help he needs to make it happen. He's a quiet god of this game. I feel like Aleksi needs to step back and be one to support Niko's work. I feel like aleksi's agro plays are way less impactful and I feel like it's Niko who took the beating to let aleksi do those. I am not saying aleksi should be replaced, just saying this is a wrong way to utilize one of demigods we have in CSGO - he sacrificed demigod performance and impact of Niko just so he could yolo for some reason.
