Elige needs to go play Valulrant for some months and come back to CS again to be able to post decent ratings once more

because valorant is fake cs

I agree
valorant has a very high skill ceiling for aim specifically.
everyone is forced to have great crosshair placement and aim.
plus they're competing with younger players and their zoomer reflexes and aim, so they have to stay sharp.
due to how slow the acceleration is compared to csgo, it's hard to get away with just peeking and spraying things down.
So it's possible that all the former valo players have better aim because they had to care about it more

draken (for those who dont know he switched to valorant and recently came back to cs) did an interview after he returned to cs where he said: "I think that if I would have stayed in CS I wouldn't be the same person I am today, I would maybe be on the same ego trip that I was on, so yeah, I think it was a very good move for me to get the passion back that I had for CS. I remember when I quit VALORANT and came back to CS, I played more PUGs on FACEIT than in the past four years. So my drive to succeed in CS is really back, I would say."
I don't think its as much "bringing back work ethic to csgo," I think its just that they've realized they love CS more and they all found new motivation to succeed in their favorite game.

well nitro, auti and floppy were good before they switched to valorant, so what youre saying doesnt make sense calling them "val players"
if you start in valorant then go to csgo, then id say youre making sense

Carried by =/=performing well relative to their cs-only peers
2022-05-21 01:04
They were trained to use the ways of mOE
2022-05-21 01:13
they have more to prove now that they are back, and i will say all of them have delivered, wish elige, stew, rush, and osee would step it up cuz they dont deserve to get such good players back just to play like shit, EG a lot worse than liquid but still
2022-05-21 01:14
Are you for real? Which of their CS compatriots you are talking about??? This thread is on a level of delusions of vlr.gg threads. There are no bad players, everybody is best. Performing well into bottom fragging. Check their results and rating.

I honestly just wish for the old NA pugs to be back. They were so fun to watch, especially with m0e screaming the shit out of his lungs!!!
2022-05-21 06:43
NA dont matter, they invented cs go...
theyre protecting ukraine by sending 40billion aide so ukraine players can play cs go
2022-05-21 06:44
Carried how? To nearest airport?
2022-05-21 07:06
Because these guys realised that NA valorant was a joke filled with players who arent committed to competing and winning and care more about making money and streaming.
It reminded them how much more they love cs and they moved back more motivated than they were before they left

Brain-dead thread (seriously hope you're baiting)
People like made Americans a meme :(
2022-05-21 07:23
honestly, this is a good take. i dont think val takes more skill than cs but the na scene is definitely way more competitive than the na scene is cs rn

I heard that NA Val top teams prac/scrim for 10h+ per day so yeah, I think work ethic in Valorant is very high. Can't say which game harder to compete or to stay on top cause in Val, meta , new agents make game change each 3 or 4 months. While in CS, the game hardly change , players can comeback and still perform
