Well i am in the 1year of IIT Roorkee Electrical(hoping to upgrade into CSE after results of branch change metrics)
Oh, man I srsly wish JEE was offline in my time, i used to give all my tests in offline and then online tests were a bit different and the overall feel of a question paper and OMR sheet is something to experience.
But due to lockdown i got a bit experience of online papers bcz some of the mock tests left were done online,
Now it feels so good to get out of JEE loop, like now in the morning I no longer decide what to study and what to not and how to plant the study, it's a lot calm now. And with beautiful view from my hostel life is good. The fact that i quit Social media in Class 10 seems a blessing to me now.

Best of luck for brach change. But even if you don't make it no big problem as you belong to Electrical. Almost all good companies open for both branches, very rarely a company comes for CSE exclusively. Just maintain good touch with relevant CSE courses by opting them as open electives or even auditing and maintain a good CPI = as good as CSE students.
If you were from branch other than CSE/EE than it would have been a problem, there are many CSE/EE exclusive companies during Internship drive.
I prepared in kota with no smartphones, been through that shitty schedule but you will eventually feel (maybe) that having schedule is great.

Yes that's what my dad told me(he is an engineering mathematics prof ), he said even if i don't get it then i need not be heartbroken coz that's really hard to get tbf, i mean u need to have an extremely high CPI(9.2+) to get it done,and getting electrical or mechanical from lower branches is easier but getting CSE is hard. I know my chances are slim but let's see
Although i was a programming freak in school so i knew basics of python sql and c++, so managing coding with current curriculum from 2nd year would not be a problem but still electrical is really tough so i think i need put in more efforts,
I frequently do the courses conducted online by IIT Roorkee in field of CSE, like nptel and coursera ones.
Although i feel that the JEE prep timetable was good in terms of discipline, but like it was too much and now i feel more of a freedom and personal will to expand in different directions rather than just concentrating on that exam.

It's just that the role at the one that I am hired is as blurry, so I basically just coach people in communication, mindset, education etc. This is done part-time (20 hours a week). Sometimes I advise customers on car insurance as well, but rarely. This deal is more due to my specialism in UW/ coach / and PMi (things related to insurances)
The other job is more like a passive income... I "work" around 2-3 hours per week and earn half my income on that :3
The endgame here is to build up a passive income so strong that I can only focus on things I want to do even more and free even more time. I usually travel a lot and want to experience as much as possible.

It is running on 100% focus already? I don't need to give it more than some hours per week. Of course, it took time to build something like this, and I have when I was a student. Each day for like 4 years I put 1-2 hours of time into the building the company, researching, developing, getting clients, etc. Now I am fully examined and just enjoy life. Also; for each client and passive income made it becomes more and more and more automated :3
I have all the tools I need to make 100% accurate business decisions connected to my own plan and strategy. Work smart, not hard.
The only thing that takes "time" is that I manually have to calculate and distribute marketing plans and that's about it. I'm looking at tools such as Blueshift, Funnel, and Efficy to make this even less time-consuming.
My goal is to create a stable passive income as possible. When the cash flow increases to a certain threshold - which it has been doing (but not to the required KPI) for the past 3 years - then I will quit my hired part-time job and just enjoy margaritas while my money works for me ;)

Yeah not uncommon for linehaul (interstate) truck drivers to make 90-120k a year, sometimes even more depending on what they haul such as dangerous goods etc. If you drive fuel tankers local, even if its only a semi you can take home $2.5k a week after tax.
