Mostly no one gives a shit what the players or fans think. It's the orgs management & coaches that make decisions. Great example is Carlos in G2. Mans doesn't give a fuck and will replace a player with ease if he thinks there is a better option.

No? You can thank every roster move, besides from the +GuardiaN +olofmeister in 2018 and +karrigan in 2021, to the players. karrigan joined FaZe in late 2016 when allu asked. The team eventually got NiKo. After that, FaZe were stuck finding stand-ins for the first half of 2018. NiKo kicked karrigan then got AdreN and NEO in 2019 when he was IGLing. Then he got coldzera cuz they were best buds, and got Kjaerbye for some dumb reason. Then NiKo went to G2 while rain was the person to contact Twistzz, and karrigan brought ropz with him. Do FaZe care? Maybe, but definitely not to the same extent as the other orgs you mentioned.

Navi will almost surely make changes. Seeing as electronic will have to relocate out of Russia (which he wont do) they will have to bench him. The only substitute for electronic is YEKINDAR

hobbit might be leaving. granted yekindar doesnt play hobbits roles but he said himself on the last hltv podcast he only plays his current roles because its what his team needs. He could easily replace hobbit if he departs c9.

g2? Very possible g2 has roster changes but idk what those would look like and i cant see them removing jackz so idk.
faze? maybe if they lost to nip. But i also dont see this roster making any changes. Maybe if someone retires but thats about it lol. I could see rain leaving but he wont be kicked.

hobbit and yekindar actually play much more similar roles than youd think, but i doubt he is leaving
navi have one of the best rosters out there, only electronic might be replaced if he doesnt start stepping up
