I actually think it has to do with Cadian showing emotions. He gets excited and hyped but also angry and sad. When Cadian is excited and screams to hype his team/trying to tilt the opponent, people judge him as being arrogant. When he gets angry/sad, people uses that to judge him. I find Cadian to be entertaining, and I like the entire Heroic team. The fallback excuse from the haters is "cheatroic", and haters want to hate - so they are fixated on their own version of that story. I have teams I really don't like, but never feel the need to hate on those teams or individuals.
