Same with other things, wire transfer has a fee, if you buy cryptos you'll pay a fee to buy them, another one to send and the receiver will have to pay to convert to eur/dollars. I don't know what you need to pay, but if it's a friend or something, maybe you can buy redeem codes, games or something that can be send online or aliexpress or something.
