i don't think so because teams usually get rated by being compared to #1, that way if a team has 1000 points and wins another tourney the points of all the other teams drop

1000 points is the limit but if a team has 1000 points and wins another tournament it just makes the rest of the teams lower, so it would be quite miraculous to have 2 teams at 1000 points

they cant be both #1, if they both had 1000 points then whoever beat up other last time they faced, which is in the final now, would be no.1

Top team sets the bar. So if navi wins they are 1000 and faze wil maybe even drop in points
