Sure, and csgo has two majors per year + 120 players receiving money from stickers + 24 teams.
"The amount theoretically owed to each player is believed to be in the region of $200,000 – $300,000 based on what other players from Legends status teams received, although this might vary slightly from team to team due to specific contractual agreements."
I guess it's a little less for the other two batch of teams, but if you do the basic maths you'll see it's a shitton of money.
If we take 150k per player to be the middle ground we have = 18M and you take 1M per team (it looks like my 2M number was before Valve takes the 50%), you have 1M*24 teams=24M
So at the end is 1M Prize Pool + 24M for teams + 18M for players = 43M * 2 times a year.
Real numbers are not disclosed, but those supposed numbers comes from tweets and allegations around, like NIP players asking those quantities from 2020 RMR sticker sales.
I'm not communist, but I prefer BNE players getting 150k each one, than Faze players get $15M, since that's better for the scene.
