hello friends, i made a thread why i think faze should consider making roster changes in the future and people got angry at me. therefore i'll try to explain you how teams can create their own era. the easiest way to explain that are LOL and Soccer examples (Bayern Munchen & G2). Both teams are evolving overtime even tho they're still their best in their region (bayern arguably even in the world) because of the strategy of getting the future stars from young age and denying them from their opponents. after they peaked, they sell them for tons of money and keep the cycle going (rekkles, lewangoalski, perkz etc) therefore, if any team in csgo wants to create REAL ERA overtime, they gotta be dynamic and make those roster changes overtime (im not saying replace every year or event) based on performance and players available on the market thoughts?
