Both him and Yekindar chose to leave. That wasn't emotional decision coming from team or management. Buster wants to take a break from CS. Just saying.
Anyway VP still looks like top10 team: FL1T, Jame, Qikert are very good.
There are rumors about n0rb3r7 and fame coming to VP. I hope they will take fame and find someone else for the last spot. Even so FL1T, Jame, Qikert and fame look so much promising.
Sad for K23 it is decent t2 team from our region but they couldn't be always perspective without a progress.

I don't like his personality. He looks very toxic but I might be wrong.

I didn't notice it, probably because didn't pay attention to cameras. If so I don't like the idea of elec in VP. I think elec would consider this as retirement when core VP squad is still hungry. But I am sure it is good for NaVi to kick elec and boombi4. Elec has been underperforming for a long time and I was never impressed by boombl4 igl skills tbh.
For VP it is good: +fame, +shalfey or any other young talent
For NaVi: -elec, -boombl4, + yekindar, + headtr1ck, and try to share igling between perfecto and s1mple; or -boombi4, elec as igl, +yekindar

He won't make calls 100% so I can't see any problems as well. But I'd rather prefer FL1T taking Yekindar responsibilities and fame taking FL1Ts ones. And take someone else for buster role perhaps even temporarily. Of core their squad Buster already took breaks in the past during the shuffles, so it is highly likely he will come back, or not.

No reason to worry. Nothing serious happened. I even like that Yeki left tbh. As a vp fan I am really tired of all of these "SAVE YEKINDAR" sh*t when he was struggling last 6 months. Jame&Co accomplished everything in their own, without groove, hooch or zeus. He did well before yekindar and will do after.
I would say that I worry more for Yekindar future tbh. I like his personality. I don't see perfect options for him at the moment. I hope his time in VP wasn't his peak for upcoming years. It doesn't seem that he is as good in supporting team spirit as in showing up in media. I am saying it with no offense. He said in hltv confirmed that he tilts sometimes and told the story when Jame said to him if you want to give up I don't need you in this team, etc... I am 100% sofa analyst with 2D vision of whole situation but it looks like Yekis mentality is between eu and cis :D Does he really fit to eu teams?

He is very far far away from being heartless. He is very funny and has self-irony and there is no ego issues. Very realistic guy. He is fully aware about his reputation but does not give a fuck mostly. As long as he thinks the strat is working he will follow it despite the fans "are bored". He himself told in interview "I know there is hate just don't throw bottles in me and we are ok".

at least Buster had been useless for a while so not that hard of a hit, but YEKINDAR leaving is gonna be tough for VP, impossible to replace with the players that are available in the CIS region right now, maybe if NAVI do in fact remove electronic then VP could sign him and have a strong team moving forward.
