because there is a student doing the rankings. hes blind on one eye and has an iq of 44. they play bingo after every major to decide the ranks. i hope youre doing better now, since you know how the rankings work!

wait what I just realized that after reading this Thread: C9 just dropped 5 slots from 4 (??) to 9 now by just going out in the groups in Antwerp Major? :DD this has to be a joke, so I take it as one until someone can clear it up with solid Logic.
