imo valve should let the idea of graffiti go and instead put an umbrella stand in the "outside" area of nuke for the people in case they need protection from the rain, if it may come

That round he basically danced around under heaven and up heaven doing nothing but distracting and drawing attention that won the round (with a fucking pistol i'm pretty sure) is something that everyone should study. Like holy shit what a round.

That would feel too forced to me, remember, all graffitis have been special plays, specific moments that you don't see often and/or had massive impact on the game.
