Biggest sports in Canada and Finland. Pretty damn popular in Sweden and Russia as well, and like the 3rd-4th most watched team sports in USA (over traditional football). Also most popular in Latvia and Czech Rebublic. So a few people care.

well, this just proves that IIHF ice hockey World Cup tournament is really having a hard time to make ice hockey as a truly global sport. There are too many teams in the tournament because the gap between the top 8 and bottom 8 teams is just too wide. Very few countries outside of the top 8 have national teams with professional players at all (=players do it as a primary work and not just as a hobby whenever they have time from their real work). There is nothing LOL if a certain sport is not really popular in certain country. The real LOL should go to IIHF

But CS as well, we have very decent national leagues, lot of people investing into our scene trying to make it bigger with every year. For 10 million people country we got quite high viewer numbers in this ratio
