No it isn’t, then they wouldn’t put their academy teams back into the academy team like lnz or ztr. They were simply stand-ins so that they could take their time to find the right actual player. It became an opportunity for the young ninja to gain experience. For example on NIPs website on their roster they never put LNZ/Phzy or Ztr

Because young ninjas doesn’t want to be a good team but rather to develop good players within the team. So sometimes they will bring in fresh players when they feel they have developed other players enough.

Krimbo was very strong even before joining the academy team for the second time, the other BIG Academy players are a lot more mediocre sadly

alot of new teams or new rosters in their so its hard to say but id probably go for astralis talent or mouz nxt depending on how they do with their new roster
