On top of that, he is using hyperx cloud II's, and if he is using the sound card with it (most likely) these things get really loud. Even at 50% windows volume it's unbearable. If he had it turned up, along with truck blasting his webcam mic and screaming into it, that is a one-way ticket to going deaf

Here's the situation, this kid thought it would be a good idea to put his webcam mic at the highest fucking volume possible and then steam call me and scream in his webcam mic. little did he know in this instant he would brake my left eardrum and damaged my right one. I had to go through the worst pain I've ever been through in my life going to the hospital and trying to find an ENT doctor to look at my ears. My left ear has been bleeding for 2 days now and I can't play my league match because obviously my eardrum is broken. This trucklover86 guy then proceeds to kick me off the team and out of the team discord so that I wouldn't be able to share my story with the rest of the team. He has been spiteful and disgusting about this whole thing and I want everyone to know how toxic and stupid this kid is. please share. bums are really appreciated.

I don't know if that's the case, but I used to own a USB headset and even at 1% volume in windows, it sounded like it was atleast 15% using 3.5mm headphones.

I have found people that were using hyper x cloud ii's with the same issue, volume was too loud when even using low % volume in windows settings, it's totally possible

I use them and it never happened to me, might their driver problems or something, still more of their fault that they cant figure their setups out
