If you measure success with trophies, which is a fair metric, can I also bring money into the equation? Considering that Faze have won all S tier tournaments so far, in this single year alone Karrigan has been able to catch up with the prize earnings of Glave.
Yes there are discrepancies with how much CS has grown and the prize pool earnings, but not by a drastic amount and tbh the tournaments that have increased their prize pools (e.g flashpoint and some other unknown ones) these S-tier teams aren't competing in them. Given in this year alone, we are blessed with Colonge, ESL and the Rio Major, if Faze are able to get good finishes then I will say without a doubt Karrigan is better (There is blast but after watching it for some years I can't really categorise this as a serious serious tournament with how many sequels there are).
For now I agree he is a more prolific IGL but skill wise these guys are both bot shit, but Karrigan carries more weight and credentials from his 1.6 days, tbh just varies on who is having a good day but both players are lan-buff performers.
